The objectives are:

1. To train and mentor students and fellow researchers

2. To mentor students who want to peruse higher education (MA and PhD).

3. To organize workshops for capacity enhancements.

4. To provide a platform to young research scholars to present their research work.

5. To disseminate the voices of young dalit researchers.

6. To publish or help to publish related materials including pamphlets, books, research papers, monographs, articles, training materials etc.

7. To serve as a platform for collective action.
